In Affiliate Marketing, we create a variety of different size banner adds and text links promoting your product/service, and corresponding landing pages for your site.
In partnership with ad networks we place these ads on a variety of web sites. When someone clicks on the add, they are directed to a targeted landing page, product information page, etc. If, and only if, that person performs the required action (e.g. purchase) the referring site is paid a commission. You determine in advance a commission rate that is cost effective to you – but still enticing to web publishers.
Unlike traditional cost per impression (CPM) advertising, this is true performance marketing: you only reward a referring site when the person they send to your site makes a purchase or performs some other required action (join, subscribe, request a quote, sign-up, etc.).
As a result, the cost to run an Affiliate program is tied directly to the incremental sales it generates!
This is a “smart Ad” we developed for Yahoo! Autos. The ad directs the consumer to a hyper targeted landing page that lists local dealers selling the exact car they are looking for. Implementing this Ad increased Yahoo! click-through (CR) rate and helped add more affiliate partners.
