The 88 is a new residential high rise in downtown San Jose. While the building was still being constructed, Zooka worked with 88 sales team to design and produce elements for a sales center that would help the team sell unit prior to completion of the building.

Essentially, we made everything in the sales center but the furniture, rugs, and monitors.

The project included a wrap around mural of digitally printed wall paper that showed the night skyline as seen from the (not yet built) 10th floor, as well as giant light boxes that featured plans, optional finishes, and concept art.
