We are honored that Ooma asked us to design the set-up guides for all their new products including the Telo, Telo Handset, and Telo Bluetooth Adapter. All of the guides utilize illustrations of the products and associated components.

A key challenge in creating the quick start guide for the Telo itself, was the number of optional set-up configurations. The final design makes the “out of box” experience an easy, low stress, and enjoyable task.
