200 Second Street is an existing residential high rise in San Francisco that was converted from rented apartments to condominiums.

The sales team needed something dramatic and eye-catching in their lobby . They asked Zooka’s industrial and graphic design team to create a free standing structure that celebrated the benefits of living there.

We also built a 10 foot wide magnetic map of the bay area with magnets (converted children’s toys) that described local transportation.
